Mr. Phongpun Krannasut
Mr. Phongpun has over 10 years of proven expertise in banking and real estate management, his performance has begun with analyzing and offering loans for real estate development. Mr. Phongpun later entered in a real estate developer, in both low- rise residential buildings and condominiums, obtained the good experience of marketing, sales and various real estate developments, including real estate development fund. Afterwards, Mr. Phongpun got an opportunity to be in a Property and Infrastructure Investment at SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd, as various types of Property Fund manager, i.e., rental offices, retails, and hotels, he gained more experience with seeing the differences and key points for each property management. Mr. Phongpun has then worked with Gland group as a REIT Manager, well performed in REIT management, such as, office building management, and he has also developed the management for retails and hotels of Central group as Risk Management and Compliance, so he could see clearly the overall of REIT Management. With above mentioned experiences, Mr. Phongpun would be able to increase the unitholders’ value through the best return from the investment.
