PROSPECT REIT is determined to choose effective real estate with future growth potential, whether in regards to location, types, or condition of the real estate, and have the potential to generate suitable revenue and remunerations. This does not specifically target real estate belonging to the Sponsor. Currently, the Sponsor is continuously making project expansions to nearby areas and other high-potential areas, and PROSPECT REIT has the right of first refusal in investment purchase offers.
PROSPECT REIT also searches for additional real estate from real estate developers and other high-potential sponsors. Therefore, PROSPECT REIT's growth opportunities are clear and continuous, whether from the Sponsor, which are already being developed, or investment in real estate belonging to other real estate developers and other sponsors.
PROSPECT REIT has an investment policy that prioritizes warehouse and factory building real estate along with related real estate that have the potential to generate suitable revenue and remunerations.
PROSPECT REIT shall make distribution to the unitholders not less than 2 times in each fiscal year. However, PROSPECT REIT has reviewed the financial statements every quarter. REIT Manager have quarterly review the distribution to unitholders. The distribution amount shall be determined by the REIT Manage depending on the performance of the quarter.
Dividend: a payer of income (PROSPECT REIT) has a responsibility to deduct income tax from assessable income at 10% of both ordinary person and juristic persons.
Capital Reduction: a payer of income (PROSPECT REIT) not have a responsibility to deduct income tax.
PROSPECT REIT is a security that listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The trading symbol is “PROSPECT”. The investors must first have a securities account with a security company (broker).
