Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("PROSPECT REIT")

PROSPECT REIT was established on 14 August 2020. On 18 August 2020, PROSPECT REIT was invested in the sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1) , investment value 3,450 million Baht. On 20 August 2020, PROSPECT REIT was listed and began trading on the Securities Exchange of Thailand.

On 21 March 2022, PROSPECT REIT approved the investment in the additional assets No.1 by accepting transfer of the ownership over the land, factory and office building (built-to-suit) in X44 Bangna Km. 18. , investment value 80 million Baht.

22 March 2023, PROSPECT REIT completed the second additional investment in assets, by invested in 1) Sub-leasehold right of parts of the land and ownership over parts of the buildings in Bangkok Free Trade Zone 2 (BFTZ 2) 2) Ownership over parts of the land and buildings in Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 (BFTZ 3). , investment value 1,800 million Baht.

4 June 2025, PROSPECT REIT completed the third additional investment in assets, which are part of the same projects of PROSPECT REIT currently invests in: 1) Sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone 1 (BFTZ 1), 2) Sub-leasehold right of parts of the land and ownership over parts of the buildings in Bangkok Free Trade Zone 2 (BFTZ 2), and 3) Ownership over parts of the land and buildings in Bangkok Free Trade Zone 3 (BFTZ 3), investment value 3,210 million Baht.
